The Einstein Fellowship in Germany

Fellowship applications are welcomed by the Einstein Forum and the Daimler and Benz Foundation for talented youth to undertake a project which differs from their previous work. This is a fully funded fellowship, designed for the enhancement of specialization of the participants in different areas of the profession.

Duration of the program: 5-6 months

Location; Brandenburg, Germany

Result announcement: 30 June, 2018

Stay Location: Einstein’s summerhouse in Caputh, Brandengurg

Deadline: April 15, 2018

Eligibilities:

  • Not more than 35 years old
  • Possess a university degree in social sciences, natural sciences or in the humanities

Documents needed:

  • CV
  • Project proposal different from the applicant’s previous work (2 page)
  • Two recommendation letter

Note: Applicants who wish to complete an academic study they have already started, cannot apply for the fellowship. The proposed project need not be entirely completed during the time of the fellowship, but can be the beginning of a longer project.
