Johnson & Johnson One Young World Scholarship

We are delighted to announce that international young leaders and health workers, will be offered Scholarships to be a participant in the 2018 Johnson & Johnson One Young World Program for the second year. The scholarships are funded by Johnson & Johnson Global Community Impact in partnership with One Young World. The aim of the program is to promote and provide support to local and international health activists in assisting deprived people and societies live happier and healthier. It accomplishes this goal by generating the abilities and skills they would need as healthcare leaders.

Eligibilities:

  • Must be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Applicants could be a social entrepreneur or working for a social enterprise, medical centers or an NGO, or be a midwife, nurse, doctor or someone dedicated to health and care giving to deprived societies
  • Government health care Officials in their home country will need approval from their employer

Advantages:

Candidates would have the opportunity to participate in the 2018 Johnson & Johnson OYW Program plus attending the One Young World Summit which will be held in The Hague, The Netherlands;

  • Transportation cost to and from Summit accommodation
  • Brochure and support materials​​ from Summit
  • Training with senior Johnson & Johnson leaders
  • Be able to participate in seminar and conference calls during of the Program​
  • Become friendly and spend time with 2018 Johnson & Johnson representatives

Selection Criteria

  • Devoted to spend 10% of their time to the Program
  • Desire to learn from others and share their ideas
  • Interested to international and local health/care issues
  • Have a leading role to entrust well-being and care
