The ministry of Foreign Affairs and international cooperation (MACEI) provides scholarships of different program for non-citizen of Italy or Italian citizens living abroad, if you wish to continue your studying in Italy, see the eligibility  and benefits of the program then go ahead and apply.

Level of study:

• Master
• PhD
• Higher education courses
• Research program
• Italian Language and cultural program of Arts, Music and Dance (AFAM)

Duration:

• preparation course 6-9 months
• the scholarship will be updated according to applicant’s achievement rank during the first year of studying.

scholarship duration:

• period of study from January 1^st, 2019 up to October 31^st, 2020
• period of study for renewals from November 1^st, 2019 up to 31^st, October 2020

Eligibility:

• Master applicants, higher education in Arts, Music and Dance, Italian language and cultural courses should be under 28 years old
• PhD applicants should be under 30 years old
• Research projects must be under 40 years old
• For Master degree applicants must have Bachelor degree
• For PhD degree applicants must provide letter of acceptance on behalf of the relevant Italian university and meet the admission requirements.
• For Research under academic supervision, applicants must submit research project and the letter of admission on behalf of the host university/institute, applicants must provide the name and contacts of supervisors
• For Italian Language and culture courses applicants must provide a certificate of Italian language in level of A2 within the common European Framework of Reference for Languages see the Framework here
• Language proficiency;
• Italian language in Level B2 within the common European Framework of Reference for language
• English Language minimum in B2 level within the common European Framework of Reference for Language see here the Framework

Who can not apply:

• Italian Public Administration employees
• Applicants who got their first degree long time ago
• Those bachelor degree courses (first cycle) or Single Cycle Degree Programs with the sole exception of renewals
• Those applicants who’s attend courses in foreign institution based in Italy or abroad, nor in private institute, research centers or Labs nor distinguished by the Italian Ministry of education, university, and research
