Job Description:

Blumont is seeking to hire 20 candidates for the position of enumerator to contribute to the data collection process for COMAC’s outcome assessment of public awareness on Victim Assistance for conflict-hit Afghan families.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform surveys and gather data through face to face interviews with benefitted household members, including females.
• Gather data with the use of an online survey application.
• Be able to review data and ensure data quality dimensions.
• Be able to travel to the field (rural, urban, and unsafe areas) and carry out surveys.
• Determine the household in the provinces within the targeted community for the analysis. The enumerator shall conduct surveys based on pre-established survey protocols.
• Produce a summary of reports and analyses of survey data, including tables, and define survey techniques and results.
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, and Mathematics.
• 4 Years of professional experience in data collection, Surveys, and robust English language skills (written and verbal).
• Assume the responsibility to prioritize work to catch deadlines.
• Thorough familiarity with the cultural context of the local language.
• Understanding of business terminologies.
• Outstanding computer skills/literacy, particularly hands-on knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs.
• Understand data quality dimensions and survey methodology.
• Ability to apply online application for the data gathering.
• Appropriate communication skills (Local languages).
