Civil Services Institute is offering Internship opportunities for 210 new university graduates to recruit them as an intern. The main purpose of this internship is the betterment of public services, balance in the competitive recruitment process, increase in women participation, and facilitating the young workforce in the civil services system. Therefore, the Civil services Institute offers a five-month internship program for applicants who have graduated from university in the year 1397-1398 (2018-2019) except the medical field graduates allocating the 70 percent for female applicants in 15 less developed provinces.

Internship contents and benefits:

One month Theoretical training including the following:

  • law and rules awareness
  • Management
  • Human Resources
  • Financial affairs

3.5 months practical work in the second administrative unit of civil service in Faryab, Helmand, Ghor, Parwan, Kunar, Sare Pol, Paktika, Daikundi, Urozgan, Farah, Jawzjan, Badghis, Nimruz, Zabul, Nuristan.

In addition, interns will be monitored under the direct supervision of trainers and mentors. the interns will attend a two-day workshop on Finding creative solutions for public service delivery.

Financial benefits:

the transport cost will be paid during the training programs. finally, a certificate will be awarded to those who obtain at least 10 credit of capacity building equivalent to one-year work experience in civil services positions.

Applicants who have graduated from university in the year 1397-1398 (2018-2019) except the medical field graduates can apply.
