Kabul Municipality is pleased to announce 28 new vacancies to higher fresh graduated individuals to arrange and manage the collected products from governmental, mixed, commercial, personal, arbitrary, and mountain properties according to the law and regulation. Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports according to plan and policy to achieve the set goals.
  • Distributing the purified product forms of planned and unplanned properties for the owners and different properties for the purpose of obtaining urban and culinary products.
  • Recording registration and pricing forms and bank transaction pendants from the perception of the urban product to related offices for the administrative coherence purpose.
  • The owner’s booklet of price and the urban product should receive according to the law regulations and bills.
  • Transfer the clearance of last year’s office to new the year to hold the product in accordance with it.
  • Booklets of products should be arranged and distributed for properties for the purpose of registering the size of the urban product and delivering it to the bank.
  • The bank pendant offices and urban products should be arranged for the registration properties according to the pricing engineers and receiving clear products.
  • Providing reports of urban products collection according to bank pendant to line manager for decision making.
  • Presenting effective consultancy to the related offices for preventing task problems and best results.
  • Providing monthly, quarterly and monthly reports of accomplishment in relevance area.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities may be asked by the supervisor.

Eligibilities:

  • Must obtain at least a bachelor’s degree in the field of general management, economic, finance, and accounting. The preference will be given to higher degrees.
  • Required experience in related areas. Applicants with work experience will prefer.
  • Other skills (long or short term courses or internal studies, etc.)
  • Strong skills in communication.
  • Excellent skills in one of the national languages and English.
  • Have good knowledge of computers such as Word and Excel.
