Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a non-governmental and non-political charity organization working in the fields of sustainable livelihood, human rights promotion, civil society consolidation, returnees/IDPS protection, and reintegration in Afghanistan. Moreover, CRDSA was founded in 2002 and is currently active in Herat, Farah, Ghor, Nimroz, and Badghis provinces.

Job summary:
CRDSA is looking for 40 interns who graduated from a law or sharia facultyy who will intern in the four above-mentioned provinces. Applicants can read the details below and apply accordingly.
Job Description:
Duties and responsibilities:
- fully participate in the course during the internship period;
- fulfill assignments assigned by supervisor and or project manager;
- Assist in legal counseling meetings with the defense attorney and social immobilizer;
- attend the different project events including local Shora sessions organized by the project team,
- Participate in CBHRC meetings and identification of beneficiary(ies);
- Follow up of the cases at attorney, court, and justice departments at the provincial level;
- Record and trace clients referring to PLASCs ;
- Report progress of the work to the supervisor;
- follow projects’ action plan with the projects manager; and
- Maintain filing system.
Job requirements:
1. Qualifications and competencies:
- Ability to work independently and also under stress
- Superb spoken and written communication skills
- Rigorous interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relations with target communities and project team
- Experience is not a requirement of this internship.
- Fresh graduates of law/sharia or final year students are the target applicants.
