About Citizen’s Charter/MRRD:

The Citizens’ Charter is a National Priority Program (NPP) of the National Unity Government (NUG) of Afghanistan that was officially established on September the 25th, 2016. The Citizens’ Cha rter is an inter-ministerial, multi-sectorial NPP, where Ministries have cooperated jointly to provide basic services to rural communities.

The CCNPP aims to improve service delivery by ensuring minimum service standards and greater Government accountability to the people and increase the level of public satisfaction with services delivered.

Job summary

Citizen Charter/MRRD is hiring 33 people as Data Entry Officers who will work in the respective province to implement its project(s).

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include:

Responsible for the complete management of the CCNPP database system at the provincial level.
Communicate all kinds or any other problems linked to the system with the PMU database officer and HQ MISD-Quality Assurance unit staff.
Carry out extensive database related validity check on the data for accurateness, completeness, and quality as per the current procedures and guidelines
Scan the forms and keep the physical and digital archives.
Enter all data of the forms related to the Reach sub-program.
Upload the scanned forms to the CCAP application.
Ensure that reports are prepared precisely, timely, and frequently. Also, assist with the development of the periodic and ad-hoc reports.
Communicate with MIS HQ on a daily basis for the sound operation of the decentralized system.
Prepare a day-to-day progress report.
Any other tasks and responsibilities allocated by related supervisor/managers, senior management, and HQ MIS Division.

Job requirements

Qualifications:

The applicant must meet the requirements of the job below.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Computer Application with one year of experience in A related filed.
  • Computer knowledge, filing, and fundamental database understanding
    Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
    Must be a self-starter with exceptional demonstrable teamwork skills
    Good written and oral communication skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Ability to work with a diverse team, be proactive with good problem-solving skills, and able to interact professionally with a wide range of people.
    Ability to craft operational plans of organization or project.
  • Have skills in the jo-related & technical field.
