Content Design free online course is designed by Government Digital Service to introduce the fundamentals of content design. Moreover, during the course, the participants will learn about the main concepts of effective user-centered content design. Beyond, participants will improve their skills and knowledge in accessible content designing, backed by user research. Similarly, the participants will learn the value of journey mapping and prototyping and how to develop their content. Above all, the content designer will learn how to work on governmental areas and the public sector and will access the opportunity to exchange tips and best practices with other participants.
