Cornell-funded data science training organization presents the Data Incubator which is a great opportunity for PHDs to participate in a free advanced 8-week fellowship (like a Bootcamp but for think data science). There are many prestigious and innovative companies that have partnered with us in this journey such as Genetech, LinkedIn, Pfizer, Capital One, and many more.

• Locations: Either New York City, San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Washington DC or Online
• Duration: 8 weeks (Sep-21-2020) up to (November-13-2020)
• Education Level: Master or PhD
• If you don’t get considered to be a Fellow Data Incubator which only makes 1-2% of our applicants you will have to pay (if you still choose to participate):
  • $17,000.00 tuition fee for in-person sessions
  • $9,000.00 for online sessions, with a $1,000.00 discount for upfront payment.
• Even if you become a Fellow Data Incubator, you will have to pay
  • For cloud storage, if you choose to study online
  • For accommodation, travel, and board costs
  • We will assist you in finding housing.

Eligibility:

• Must have a Master’s degree or PhD
  • Those who haven’t gotten their degree yet:
    • Master’s must be in their last semester
    • PHDs must be within six months of defending their dissertation.
  • Have a visa that grants work-authorization of the country that you will select
  • All the applicants must be familiar with at least one programming language. We emphasize Python but other languages are accepted as well.
  • If you don’t have any experience in programming, we recommend joining our Data Science Foundations Course to start preparing for the fellowship program.

  • After entering other info required by the website, in the middle of the page, you can choose to be considered a Fellow at The Data Incubator.
