Job requirements:

• Hold at least a high school graduation certificate. University degree is preferred.
• Have at least two years of related work experience with national and international organization. Experience with the World Bank projects is given preference.

Skills

• Be able to communicate well with different people
• Understand the monitoring and evaluation concepts, tools and methods.
• Be willing to undertake regular field visits and interact with beneficiaries.
• Have the ability to work with very little supervision and have result orientation.
• Have report writing and analytical Skills
• Be fluent in both national languages (Dari/Pashto) and be orally and written skilled with English language.

Jobs description and responsibility

The M&E officer will directly monitor the implementation process of the REACH project in Kabul city. Assist M&E unit to develop monitoring field visit plans, undertake field regular field visits, collect data via interviews with beneficiaries/households, data entry of Monitoring and evaluation data in to the Kabul REACH MIS system, prepare the reports at necessary intervals, verify and analyze the data, prepare quantitative and qualitative reports. In addition, prepare presentations of the findings based on the facts from the field and providing inputs in other technical matters where required.
