Opportunity Description

The Center for Humanitarian health of John Hopkins University offers Peter Salama Refugees MPH scholarship program is for immigrants of Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, and South Sudan to pursue their graduate studies in Public health.

Scholarship value:  Covers Tuition fees for 11 month

note: you should fund your housing, travel, and living.

Institutions: Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH)

Deadline: 1st December,

Material submission deadline: January 31, next year

Start of program: July next year

Eligibility:

You should have been displaced by conflict in:

  • Afghanistan and currently residing in Iran or Pakistan or under temporary protected status, refugees or asylum seekers in the United States.
  • Somalia and currently residing in Kenya or Ethiopia.
  • Syria and currently residing in Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan or Turkey.

The applicants need to have a minimum TOEFL score of 100 or IELTS 7.
