The Law Division of the American University of Central Asia (AUCA) is offering a two-year LL.M. (Master of Laws) program in the academic year 2020/2021 taught by renowned scholars, experienced practitioners, and well-known visiting professors from the USA, EU, and Central Asia. The LL.M. program provides the highest quality teaching and learning in small seminar settings to help students achieve their potential to the fullest. At the heart of LLM and AUCA is the combination of the best traditions of liberal American and Central Asian education with an individual approach to each student.

The LL.M. program is designed in a way to be accessible to domestic and foreign mid-career professionals with limited free time. To accomplish this objective, the program is taught in an intensive modular format. The program is focused on developing professional skills and competencies of its students in international and business law to prepare specialists who will be in demand in domestic and international labor markets. The LL.M. program’s objective is to prepare graduates with higher professional education (holders of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees) for jobs in international projects and organizations, state bodies, non-governmental organizations, private law firms, and commercial entities, including for teaching and research work as well as for continuing education in Master’s degree or Ph.D./S.J.D. programs.
