Afghanistan National Re-Construction Co-ordination (ANRCC) is a professionally managed committed Afghan, non-governmental, non-political and nonprofit development oriented organization. It began its operation in 1994 to meet the dire needs of vulnerable Afghan refugees and internally displaced families at the time of civil war and factional fighting followed by the Soviet Union’s invasion of the country and troop’s withdrawal in the early 1990s.
