The scholarship covers all expenses related to the study in China, including tuition, accommodation, insurance, and Stipend:

• Annual Medical insurance.
• Monthly allowance of 3000 RMB for Master’s and 3500 RMB for Ph.D. applicants

Who can apply?

• Be healthy and have the nationality of a country other than China.
• Applicants of master’s degree should have a bachelor’s degree and be under the age of 35.
• Ph.D. applicants should have a master’s degree and be under the age of 40.
• Have excellent educational performance
• Possess good ability in scientific research
• Not hold any other scholarship.

Eligible Applicants should prepare the required documents and apply as instructed below.

• Chinese Government Scholarship Application form (in duplicate)

• full-time study diplomas (in English/Chinese). Applicants who are currently studying should provide a pre-graduation certificate.
• Transcripts
• Study or research plan (at least 800 words in English / Chinese) download the format.
• Two letters of recommendation by a professor or associate professor
• Passport (valid)
• Published academic papers and achievements (not mandatory)
• Photocopy of foreigner physical examination
• Digital ID photo with white background (in jpg and send to studyatneau@neau.edu.cn in the name of your passport number )
• Language proficiency certificate: HSK certificate (not compulsory)
• Certificate of No Criminal Record
• Acceptance letter from a supervisor(no a must)
