Students from Islamic countries (OIC member countries) can apply to scholarships offered by Turkish Cypriot Government under the OIC educational exchange program to study their bachelor’s degree, Master or PhD in CIU, GAU or FIU.

Duration of scholarships:

• The scholarship covers fall and spring semesters for the duration of regular study period.
  • Bachelor’s degree : 10 semesters (including preparatory classes)
  • Master degree: 4 semesters (including preparatory classes)
  • PhD : 8 semesters (including preparatory classes)

Field of study:

Programs offered at universities mentioned above excluding medicine, dentistry and pharmacy studies.

Medium of instruction: English

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent secondary school diploma
• Meet the admission and enrollment criteria provided by the TRNC higher education law
• Demonstrate the language proficiency by providing document.

Students should be proficient in English language or attend the English preparatory school of the university they are enrolled at.
