Business Today is organizing a 3 day international conference with a writing competition on the future of the work, to hottest topic in today’s business and publication. The World Bank has also launched a competition on this topic (Changing the nature of the work) in their Development report (WDR19)
Main question in to be answered in the conference:
- Shifting from mechanized employment to automated replacement by substantial development in technology
- How the workforce structure is changed?
- Income inequalities?

Business today is a non-profit organization working reduce the gap between business leaders and undergraduate students. It was founded by Forbes in 1968.
