If you are a student from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Kygyzstan, Tajikstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Northern Pakistan and willing to pursue your PhD degree at one of the most recognized University in the United Kingdom, You can apply to UCA- Cambridge Trust Scholarship. This scholarship is offered by University of Central Asia and Cambridge Trust that provides the funding to cover university tuition and living expenses.
Scholarship benefits:
- Full Tuition fees
- Annual stipend for single person (not dependents )
Note: the scholarship will not provide any financial support regarding the family member.

What is the eligibility requirement for UCA Cambridge Trust Scholarship?
- Be nationals of one of the following countries: Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and northern Pakistan
- Obtained master degree from an accredited university with high academic performance
- Be interested to pursue His/her PhD at the fields mentioned above.
- Be willing to work within academia, including research and teaching
- Ability to demonstrate the competencies required for his/her chosen field of study
- Meet English language requirement: IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL 110 (25 in each section)
- Economic students need have GRE general test score (UK university graduates are not required to have GRE.

- CV – not more than 3 pages
- Copy of passport
- Educational Transcripts and Diplomas
- Personal Statement – not be more than 3 page and includes:
- why are you a good qualified candidate for this scholarship,
- What is your short and long term career goals
- What field of study and research are you interested in?
- PhD Research proposal – not more than 3 pages
How to apply?
Eligible and interested candidates need to apply online no later than October 31, 2018.
Final date for Admission at University of Cambridge for UCA shortlisted student: December 5, 2018 – January 3rd, 2019- depend on the field of study.
The Successful applicants will need to work at University of Central Asia After the completion of their studies for three years.
