If you are interested in Arbitration, you can apply to ICC YAF Conference that will be held on the subject of Nuts and Bolts in Arbitration & ADR. This conference is organized by ICC Young Arbitrators Forum and International Chamber of Commerce Afghanistan.

The conference will include the arbitration proceedings and enforcement of the awards. And there is no cost to participate.

Purpose of the conference:

The main purpose of this conference is to provide the opportunity for the participants to better understand the arbitration & ADR. The participants will have opportunity expand their international network of arbitrators and get better understanding of arbitration.

Who can participate?

The Nuts and Bolts in Arbitration and ADR conference is for the participants meet the following  criteria:

• Be young arbitration practitioner
• Not be over the age of 40
• Counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics
• Or any interested young participants.

Content of the conference

The program includes:

• Registration, welcome, panel discussion, Break, legal start-ups , networking time and refreshments.

The vice chairman, Secretary general & CEO  of ICC Afghanistan, law professors, Juris Doctorate of University of California, Counsellors & attorneys at law, LL.M Harvard University, and international court of arbitration member will be speakers of the conference.
