An illustration of the program:

Nowadays, the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is penetrating into almost every sector of society_ from healthcare and finance to transportation and governmental services. Yet in spite of the growing demand, most decision-makers do not completely understand how these technologies work, nor fully predict their unintended consequences. Failure to realize and address questions around fairness, safety, and bias put the trust in AL and ML at risk.

Leaders like you are asking for means and resources to better control this uncharted territory. Leading in Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Technology and Policy provides you with such an opportunity. This groundbreaking and unique executive program lies at the critical juncture of policy and technology. Innovative yet practical, this program will enhance your capacity to excel in AI, including how to decline the risks without impeding innovation.

Together with your colleagues and prestigious Harvard faculty, you will experience an up=to-date learning experience with both online and residential teaching.

what you will learn:

enhance your knowledge of what AI is and isn’t,
help you determine appropriate technologies for your organization, and sharpen
your critical thinking around issues such as privacy, security, and fairness.
Specifically, you will:

  •  Learn to distinguish between AI and ML and understand their applications
    and use
  •  Explore ways to bridge the gap between the technology and policy sectors
    and forge meaningful collaborations
  • Examine AI and ML governance frameworks with a focus on what is working
    and what is not
