Opportunity Description

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Higher education of Afghanistan, the Romania government has offered 85 Scholarships for Afghanistan and other countries for the academic year of 2020-2021.

Benefits: 

Romania government will cover the following expenses:

  • Tuition fee
  • accommodation
  • Stipend

Note: Students, not scholarship, will cover the traveling cost.

Applicants should be proficient in the Romanian Language; otherwise, they are obliged to pass a one-year language education period in Romania.

Requirements for Undergraduate applicants:

  • Be graduated from high school between 2015 and 2019 (1394-1398)
  • Have the Average grade point of at least 70 %.
  • Traveling costs should be paid by the student.

  • Diploma and transcript
  • Completed Application
  •  Health Examination form
  • CV
  • Copy of Foreign language
  • copy of Passport
  • 4 Recent photos
  • National ID card
  • Copy of Shahadatanam and three-year transcript. (for undergraduate applicants.)

How to apply:

Applicants having an average grade point of over 65 % can follow the steps below to apply:

  • Applicants should read the complete information and get the application forms HERE 
  • apply to MOHE scholarship management website
  • Submit the copy of the document and application forms to the ministry of higher education (cabinet 21 general receipt office of ministry) before February 25, 2020 (for master and Ph.D. Applicants.
  • Bachelor applicants do not need to apply to the ministry of higher education websites but should submit their documents to the ministry of higher education before 27 February 2020.
