Introduction:

Young Entrepreneur Forum (YEF) is a new innovative platform for creating creative solutions in the new world via initiative dialogues, about leading trends with state-of-the-art changes in various areas of the industry via conversation, multi-cultural and intergenerational activities. The purpose of this forum is to present practically measurable solutions to various issues of international talents in different regions and countries.

Online interview round: 16^th March – 23^rd March 2020

Location: Vietnam

Requirements:

• Age limit: at least 18 years old currently.
• Background: strong English proficiency and advanced understanding of English.
• The application is open to all countries.
• Team members have to participate at biweekly or weekly (online/offline meetings).
• Experience in entrepreneurship-related services.
• Attentive to details.
• Sound team player.
• Be able to work under high pressure.
• Effective communication skills.
• Negotiation knowledge and skills.
• Fair time management and planning skills.
• Familiarity with computer Office Programs, MOS, specifically Google Drive, and Gmail.

Work Characteristics

• Official teamwork will be started and kept from April 2020 and go on until October 2021.
• Assisting with recruitment works (for internal recruitment: team members; for external recruitment: Global Ambassadors): screening resumes, post-job advertisements and organizing interviews.
• Preparing for interviews: reserve locations, calling candidates, contacting interviewers, and printing CVs.
• Developing a database of candidates to ensure vacancies are filled.
• Conducting research to collect data for candidate profile and speaker contacts.
• Keeping an excellent relationship with team members.
• Supporting other administrative duties.
• Contributing to other internal & external events.
