Introduction:

If you are part of a youth-led advocacy organization working to promote awareness around family planning and health of reproduction (FP/HR) in your community and seek to broaden your effect, and if your organization uses social media and other digital means for advocacy wanting to grow further and enhance those skills,  you are the best option to apply.

The PACE Initiative (Policy, Advocacy, and Communication Enhanced for Population and Reproductive Health) is accepting applications for a multimedia training fellowship intended to foster the skills and performance of youth-run FP/RH organizations and to help them generate digital campaigns, channels, and movements for policy change by teaching.

The lessons during the fellowship period will concentrate on leadership, advocacy campaign planning, multimedia skills advancement, and community contribution including discussions and debates with key experts/professionals.

Multimedia campaigns can be centered on any dimension of reproductive health population, and improvement, and must bear a relevance to your society or country. Hence, campaign theme samples include:

• Child marriage,
• Female genital mutilation/cutting) FGM/C),
• Fistula,
• Gender-based violence (GBV).
• HIV and AIDS,
• Maternal health, and
• Population & environment,

Eligibility:

1. Your organization must be under youth leadership (15-35 years).
2. Your organization must be able to attend the training and conform to PACE staff in English, however, campaigns can be in languages other than English, too.
3. Your organization must be from a USAID Planning Priority Country (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, South Sudan, Tanzania, Haiti, India, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, Uganda, Yemen, and Zambia).
4. Your organization must be committed to the USAID Global Health Legislative and Policy Requirements.
5. A high priority will be given to organizations officially registered as non-for-profits and having an institutional bank account.
