Job Description:

Job Summary

Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) is hiring 10 Data Collector for four provincial district capitals. Interested applicants can read the details and apply accordingly.

Scope of the work and/or responsibility

Data enumerators/collectors are responsible to collect data for Programme Quality Monitoring (PQM) and other SCA relevant internal studies conducted on disability, rural development, health, and education Programme departments and other Admin, support and cross cuttings units.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, master’s degree is desirable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Data collection area in the field of research and evaluations (Disability, rural development, health, and education) or in the field of M&E.
  • Good communication skills and ability to pass the message/questions in local languages to the respondents.
  • Fluency in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and full command on English Language (Speaking & Writing).
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills and team play skills.
  • Ability and readiness to travel to the project sites within SCA’s working districts and villages
  • Honest, proactive, and well versed.

Job locations

The applicants must be the inhabitants of the following district is where s/he applies for:

  • Keshim district of Badakhshan province
  • Farkhar, Worsaj, Eshkamish, Baharak, Khaja Ghar, Dasht Qala, Khaja Bahawooddin, Yangi Qala and Rustaq districts of Takhar province.
  • Dasht Arch, Imam Sahib, Qala Zal, Khan Abad, Char Dara districts of Kunduz province
  • Baghlan Jadid and Pulikhumri districts of Baghlan province.
