Job responsibilities
- Ensuring received orientation from trainer on Covid 19 and relief program and can process and facilitate the mentioned program
- Ensure all required information and documents from citizens charter MIS and database officer.
- Conducting awareness sessions with community and CDCs on the pandemic of COVID 19, REACH Program, and its package, disseminating the basic health messages in order to avoid the virus spread based on MoPH guidelines.
- Facilitating a clear REACH planning
- updating the community profile with community volunteers based on each election unit.
- The community beneficiary list completion with volunteers and facilitation of the exclusion process.
- ensuring the absence of complaint on the profiling and beneficiary selection and the beneficiary list are completed according to each election unit.
- Be able to facilitate the procurement and distribution committee establishment for the package and ensuring the CPM/GRU inclusion in all processes and steps.
- Informing the CDC when their fund is disbursed and arrived at the CDC Bank account.
- Ensuring the transparency and accountability at the community level.
- Supporting the CDCs and its procurement sub-committees on the procurement process of food packages.
- Ensuring the completion of all financial and procurement document for the food the community and its committees have purchased.
- Make sure the confirmation and approval of all financial documents by CDC and its record in CDC file
- Ensuring the arrival of food to grain bank and transfer to each election unit according to the list.
- Making sure the on-time distribution and there is not problem in the process.
- Preparing a clear report from all steps and submit to district manager and provincial trainer.
