  • Have acquired Bachelor’s degree
  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience (full-time employee)
  • None or limited prior experience in USA
  • Have demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Has a record of public service (in the community)
  • Proficiency in the English Language (TOEFL 71, IELTs 6-7)
