The Equal Measures 2030 (EM2030) is a distinct cross-sector partnership of prominent organizations from civil society and the development and private sectors hosted by Plan International in the United Kingdom.

In its focus countries, Equal Measures 2030 targets girls’ and women’s movements, advocates, and decision-makers. Additionally, at global and regional levels, focused advocacy and products directly target decision-makers and stakeholders (including the private sector, multilateral organizations, United Nations organizations, regional bodies, and civil society) to keep gender equality, gender-related data, monitoring, and accountability on the global 2030 agenda.

It also engages other stakeholders, including but not limited to donors, media, the data community, and academia, to generate support, political will, and resources.
