Human Resource Development Agency (HRDA) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political, and not-for-profit development oriented Afghan organization. This organization has a deep dedication to bringing relief as well as to bring productive and sustainable socio-economic changes in the Afghan Society at the grassroots level through community participation, human resources development focusing on human rights, empowerment and mainstreaming of poors, vulnerable and most marginalized segment of the Afghan society.
