Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC) is working to lead the establishment of a robust administration, recruit civil servants based on merit and skill, establish the core public services, and organize the issues related to civil servants.

(IARCSC) ‘s main vision is to be a non-political, stable, and transparent, civil service administration through the good governance framework being able to efficiently and effectively use the public resource to support the development of the private sector for economic and social development in Afghanistan.

 Civil Service Institute

The Civil Service Institute is an academic and training institution working to build the capacities of civil servants and university graduates. In addition, this institute support strategic and action planning, developing policies, strategies, and training guidelines for civil servants’ capacity building concurrent with the strategic goals of IARCSC.
