The Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies (IPCS) is an independent think-tank that develops an alternative framework for peace and security in South Asia and the extended neighborhood. Therefore, it aims to bring policy-relevant research into scholarly and public debate through an emphasis on events, capacity building of the next generation of thought leaders, and media and online outreach. Moreover, its research and policy recommendations do not subscribe to any particular political view or interest.
