Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) founded on 19 October 2004 by a Royal Decree to serve the Royal Thai Government as a focal agency under the ministry of foreign affairs of Thailand. In this case, TICA is responsible for the implementation of Thailand’s development cooperation programs in neighboring countries. For this purpose, launch cooperation in different types such as development projects, volunteer and expert programs, fellowship, scholarship, and training programs.
